72 Triplets In Blocks of 9 — Part VIII — Golf & Scottish Rite Freemasonry

GOLF AND THE 72 TRIPLETS

WHEN PHAROAH’S DAUGHTER RESCUED MOSES AS A BABY, AND THEN ADOPTED HIM AS HER OWN SON, SHE HIRED A WOMAN, (EGYPTIAN APPARENTLY), AS LITTLE MOSES’ NANNY, TUTOR, GOVERNESS. The woman’s name was “Scota”.

“Miss Scota” clearly, judging by how brilliantly Moses turned out, made a great success of her job. Later on, she married a Hebrew.

With Moses all grown up, she and her “hubby” wanted a quiet life. They moved to the north of a remote (from Egypt) island, Britain. She became famous there, much honoured. She was so honoured that the people named the land after her:

Scotland
as it is now known in English

At least some of the ancient knowledge that Scota brought with her to Scotland, was incorporated into Scottish Rite Freemasonry.

Maybe that gave rise to, or had some input into, the development of Golf. The “blocks of 18 Triplets out of 72 Triplets does sound a lot like 18 holes and a “Par 72” course.
