Nobody BUT NOBODY “bugs” a police murder investigation. Nobody other than someboy with access to sophisticated technology and bugging devices, and the skills to “plant” those devices. Read that description to mean “an Intelligence Agency”.
NOBODY in a government Health Department, such as, let’s say, the Australian State of Victoria’s Mental Health Department should have the skills or the technology to bug the Victorian Police Murder Investigation team who were hunting Jill Meagher’s killer.
But that is what happened. The monster who killed her had approximately 300 prior convictions for attacks on women. He was well known to Mental Health staff. Did they try to get him off the streets?
NO WAY !
After 200 convictions they got him a NEW IDENTITY. Woman after woman reported his attacks, the assaults, the harassment and the rapes to the police. They knew well who he was. But they did nothing.

As the police closed in on him after the murder, the call came through to him on his cell phone. The call came from within the Mental Health Department. It warned him that the police were triangulating his position from the cell phone. He was advised to ditch the phone – and apparently to get himself to the pre-arranged extraction/rendezvous point. From there, he was to be smuggled out of Victoria, and then out of Australia – the same scenario the Manson Cult leader in Perth boasted of – a network of “safe houses” in Australia, from which they could smuggle someone out of Australia.

The psycho murderer who had attacked around 300 women in inner city Melbourne, was more than just a psycho. He was part of an experiment to see if people could be programmed to rape and murder “on cue”. The program was run out of the Victorian Mental Health “industry”. It clearly (the story about the warning phone call reached the Australian media) had intelligence agency backing and protection.

But nothing was done.
Her murderer was not the only nut-case experiment happening from within mental hospitals in Victoria.
Anne Hamilton-Byrne’s “Family” was another “experiment”. So was another “violent sexual predator” who shifted to Perth and, like his counterpart(s) back in Melbourne, was given police and judicial protection.

“Crazy Science” in Australian Mental Hospitals

There have been decades of scandals and decades of cover-up style “investigations” into the “mad science” experiments and abuse going on at mental hospitals in Sydney and Melbourne. And little seems to have changed. The electric shocks, the sadism, the drugs. All the ingredients of mad mind control “science”.
This stuff has been going on for decades. It was planned, approved and protected. That is why nothing was ever done about it, despite the scandals and the media reports. Anne Hamilton-Byrne had her poor fools of “followers” convinced that she was Jesus reincarnated. She stole their kids and drove every one of those kids to their deaths. She had the kids’ hair dyed blonde, to match hers. It was like a little “von Trapp family” from The Sound of Music.
Decent police officers in the Victorian Police tried to stop it. But every time they raided the cult, the cult was tipped off ahead of time. So the kids were hidden in underground bunkers during the police raids.
Hamilton-Byrne knew she was protected, knew that she was “untouchable”. She delighted in listening in by phone from the other side of the world, when, on her orders, the kids were tortured. She said that she wanted to hear them scream.
This is what successive governments and government agencies have been part of in Australia.
So now Australia is burning – mainly because NOBODY spoke up, nobody protested, and nobody had the guts to close down these wicked mind control experiments in sadism and torture.
